7×24 Exchange International has been recently made aware that there are companies soliciting industry professionals via email offering to sell the 2024 Fall Conference attendee list. The email comes from a person who identifies themselves as an “Event & Trade Show Coordinator” and uses 7×24 Exchange International’s new anniversary logo. Please be aware that this solicitation and any others like it are unauthorized. 7×24 Exchange International does not sell its conference attendee lists. Such lists are only available to those who participate in the conference. If you receive such an inquiry, please forward it to Tara Oehlmann at
tara@7x24exchange.org so that we may send a cease-and-desist letter to the company.
Unfortunately, these unauthorized solicitations are very common in the meeting and event industry. Such solicitations may also include offers to book hotel rooms for the conference at lower rates and offer other services, such as shipping and drayage, in connection with the conference. Again, these solicitations are unauthorized. 7×24 Exchange International provides details to its members and conference participants as to the proper manner to reserve hotel rooms for the conference and for other conference-related services.
This is a good opportunity to remind you that if you receive an email solicitation which refers to 7×24 Exchange and/or uses a 7×24 Exchange logo, the email may not be from 7×24 Exchange International. Before responding, please review the email address of the sender.
Emails from the 7×24 Exchange team will have the following domain: @7x24exchange.org. Emails from the 7×24 Exchange management team will have the following domain: @exch.dolcimanagement.com. If the sender has a different email address, even if it looks similar to the 7×24 Exchange or Dolci Management domain, that is not from 7×24 Exchange International. Do not reply to such emails but instead, forward them to Tara Oehlmann at
tara@7x24exchange.org so that we may notify the sender to cease and desist such unauthorized conduct.
